Ten Universal Principles of Great Art and their Applications to Leadership and Management
Through essays and photos, Eduardo A. Morato, Jr. presents how art can intersect with leadership and management. Based on the author's personal encounters with artworks, he came up with ten principles of art which include unity, harmony, will, and more.
This book is a project of the Managing the Arts Program (MAP) alumni of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). As written by Cecile B. Manikan, MAP Director in her Foreword, “This photo-essay … captures the true spirit of the arts management program because it speaks to artists about management principles in a language that they understand – through the cadence of the written word in the essay and the dance of color and form in the photographs.”
Eduardo A. Morato, Jr. was the Dean of the AIM W. SyCip Graduate School of Business. He is now concurrently the chairman of the Asia Center for Entrepreneurship and Bayan Academy.
