What is your store schedule?
We are open Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM, except public holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is calculated depending on the delivery address and/or the weight of your order.
For Metro Manila orders, we have two options:
1. Grab Bike (Php 150)
2. Grab MPV (Php 300) - This is highly recommended for bulk or heavy orders, frames, or if the delivery address is around Alabang, Las Piñas, and Novaliches.
For Provincial orders, we use LBC Express and the shipping fee is calculated depending on the weight of the package.
For International orders, we use DHL Express and the shipping fee is calculated depending on the weight of the package. You may view the estimate upon checkout in our online store.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we don’t offer free shipping.
I am based in Metro Manila. Can I pick-up my order or arrange my own delivery?
Yes, you may pick up your order or arrange your own delivery. Choose “Book your own courier” as your shipping option. We will send a text message when your order is ready for pick up.
What is your delivery schedule?
For Metro Manila orders, same-day delivery is possible except for weekends and holidays. Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 4:00 PM. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
For Provincial orders, it usually takes 2-3 business days after the package has been picked up at our store.
For International orders, it usually takes 7-10 business days after the package has been picked up at our store.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship overseas via DHL Express.
How can I pay?
For online orders, you may pay via Paypal or online bank transfer. Please send the proof of payment at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your order.
For our physical store, you may pay in cash, via Paypal or online bank transfer.

Can I pay with GCash?
Yes, you can pay with GCash using their “Bank Transfer” option. Please send the proof of payment to email@example.com so we can process your order.
Can I pay with cash on delivery?
No, we do not have a COD payment option.
How would I know if the product is still available for purchase?
As long as the product is not tagged "Sold Out" on our website, that means that it is still available.
Can I reserve a book?
Yes, you may reserve any of our products by placing an order on our website then choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment option. You may also send us an email or a message with your name, contact details and the title of the book you would like to reserve. We can hold reservations for a week but if no payment has been made within that period, we will automatically cancel the order after.
What is your return policy?
You may return the book to us within three days of purchase as long as it is in the same condition as it was bought. You also have to submit the original receipt in order to get a refund. Kindly email us if you wish to return an item.
I am a writer/publisher. Can I consign my book to your store?
Yes, we accept book consignments from writers, publishers and non-publishers. Please send us an email with the details of your book for our review.
What kind of books do you carry in your store?
We carry new and previously-owned books and other publications on Philippine art, culture and history. We also carry posters, postcards and other art-related products.
