Ige Ramos is an award-winning food writer, book designer and visual artist. He runs IRDS, a platform for publishing and research projects in gastronomy. He developed a framework for Dila at Bandila: Ang Paghahanap sa Pambansang Panlasa ng Filipinas, when he was a fellow at KRITIKA, the National Workshop on Art and Cultural Criticism of the Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center in 2015.
