It showcases tickets, souvenir programs, and magazines enriched with hand-drawn artistic illustrations grouped according to the following themes: Heroes, Festivals, Artworks, Blessed Virgin Mary, Holidays, Historical and Cultural Icons, Landmarks, Celebrations, Ethnic Communities, Dances, Harvest Scenes, Sports, Marcos and New Society, National Artists.
The book also highlights three artworks: Pablo Amorsolo y Cueto's Philippine Charity Sweepstakes (1938), to commemorate the institutionalization of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office on October 30, 1934; Juan Luna's Spolarium (1884), donated by Spain to the Filipino people and restored in 1960-1961 with funding from the PCSO; and Carlos V. Francisco's socially relevant work from his large-scale mural History of Medicine to his minuscule artworks printed on lottery tickets.
