Published on the occasion of the Far Eastern University's 90th foundation year, this cookbook is a collection of 90 recipes from the FEU community. It celebrates local and native flavors of the different regions in the Philippines, from the simple and indigenized recipes like Bisayang Pork Humba, exotic foods like Bulig and Frogs in Tamarind Broth, to versions of Biringhe and Kinilaw. These traditional hometown dishes are typical of everyday fare eaten at home as well as for special occasions and enjoyed communally in provincial fiestas.
