Dawwang is a Filipino comics that tells the story of Leticia Bula-at (Manang Tining) of the Naneng tribe in Tabuk City, Kalinga.  As part of the frontlines of the community struggle to defend their ancestral land from being submerged by the Chico River dams, she exemplifies the essential role that indigenous women play in the Cordillera people's movement. Today she continues to be a beacon of hope for other indigenous women who face similar threats under current conditions.
