Two "Terrorists" Meet

Regular price ₱875.00

This book tells the story of Steve Psinakis, a Greek-born American businessman, who was involved in the anti-Marcos movement in the Philippines. Focusing on his meeting with Imelda Romualdez Marcos on December 19, 1980, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, he gives an inside view of Philippine politics during the martial law regime.

Psinakis was affiliated with the Movement for a Free Philippines (MFP), Light-A-Fire Movement (LAFM), and April 6th Liberation Movement (A6LM), which were all categorically labeled "terrorists" by the Marcos-controlled media. In 2012, Psinakis was conferred the Ninoy Aquino Movement Medal of Valor for their leadership role in the struggle against martial law.
