'Naimas! The Food Heritage of Ilocos Sur' seeks to preserve and promote the culinary traditions of Ilocos Sur. Naimas, an Ilocano term for delicious, features a collection of recipes and travel stories documented through a culinary journey in Ilocos Sur's 32 towns and 2 cities. It is a collaboration between Ilocos Sur Vice Governor Deogracias Victor Savellano and Chef Heny Sison, exploring both Ilocos Sur's familiar and exotic foods. The book features 52 kitchen-tested Ilocano recipes and 404 photographs by renowned photographer Neal Oshima.
