Madrid Fusion Manila is the only Asian edition of Madrid Fusion, an international gastronomy congress held annually since 2003 in Spain. With the theme 'The Manila Galleon: East Meets West', Madrid Fusion Manila 2016 highlights how the Philippines has contributed to world cuisine through the Manila-Acapulco Galleon Trade.
