A monograph on the life and art of painter Araceli Limcaco Dans (b. 1929), who is known for her detailed depiction of the calado, a hand-embroidered lacework made of fine jusi and pina. This book includes over a hundred full-color plates of her drawings and paintings done in oil, acrylic and watercolor, as well as an introduction by Leonor Orosa-Goquingco, Sylvia Mendez Ventura and Maria Araceli Dans Lee and the artist's biography.
